In the movie the X-Men, Magneto was a Jew who had hatred for humanity because of how he was treated in Nazi Germany and because of the persecution of mutants by humans.

But that is the only movie I can really think of where the villain was Jewish. We’ve had Hollywood movies with that featured villians or antagonists as Catholic (Sin City), God fearing Christians (Footloose, Unforgiven), female villains, but not too many Jewish villains.
