My boyfriend’s jealous because he wants to stay home with our daughter and have me go to work. He has a technical degree for CNC machining and already has a job that pays pretty well. I have no degrees, and would work for minimum wage, and the government would take most of my checks to pay a 10000 school debt I’ve been unable to pay on. He’s stressed over finances because we just came off welfare a few months ago and are paying back bills. Not to mention he went and rented a laptop(we own a tower) at the outrageous price of 200 a month for 18 months(no way no how are we keeping it, we can’t afford it, so he’s po’d bout that too). I try to be a stepford wife to the best of my ability, I always make sure he has enough to eat(and at 7 ft 450 lbs he eats A LOT) in hot homecooked meals, his laundry is done, our child is taken care of, the house is clean. But he continues to try and make me feel guilty because I’m not bringing in money, which I wouldn’t if I was working anyways because it would go to a babysitter because of his weird work schedule. I love him, and he’s a great dad when he’s not gaming on the internet(I could kill the idiots who developed MMO’s online) or being stressed. So how can I deal? Any ideas? He won’t go to therapy, I suggested it and just about lost my head for that one, not to mention it would cost yet more money, lol. Thanks!
