Open Question: Ban help in World of Warcraft?

Im a private server GM in the Alpha Lich King Realm of www.funserver.cc and I need to ban someone without knowing their IP and account name. Is there any way to do this? And is there anyway for a level 1 GM to find out their IP and Accountname? I just need a 12 hour non IP ban :D Thanks!
